1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EEA Customers)
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items.
The cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at Support@lastminutetrend.com to receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Items must be returned:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging where possible

With all tags and labels attached
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
2. Return Shipping Costs
UK Customers:
We offer free returns within the United Kingdom. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
International Customers:
Customers outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will provide a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please do not continue using a faulty item after discovering the issue, as this may affect eligibility.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original item in accordance with this policy. Once your refund has been processed, you may place a new order (subject to stock availability).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have received confirmation that your refund has been issued but have not yet received the funds:
